Lemon can be considered as the most popular VC fruits. It contains a lot of nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate, niacin thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, copper,  calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, and protein.

The health benefits of lemon include treatment of throat infections, indigestion, constipation, dental problems, fever, internal bleeding, rheumatism, burns, obesity, respiratory disorders, cholera and high blood pressure, while it also benefits your hair and skin. Known for its therapeutic property since generations, lemons help to strengthen your immune system, cleanse your stomach, and it is considered a blood purifier.

After we squeezed the lemon for juice or slice the lemon for some decorations, there are many pits of lemons left. By using these pits, you can plant a lovely small lemon tree in your house.

Step 1: Soak the lemon pits in the water for a while

Step 2: Separate out the pit’ s skin with tweezers

Step 3: Find a container like a bottle, cup or a flower pot, filled in with the moist soil, get the pits into the soil with the small heads outside.

Step 4: Use the grit or small stones to cover the pits, and you can also cover the flower pot with clingfilm. After 2-3 days you should spray some water to it, about one week later the lemon plants will sprout.

Step 5: Spray water every 2-3 days to keep the soil moist and help the plant grow up.

Step 6: Enjoy your lovely green lemon house plants! You can put it on your balcony or bring it to your office desk.

The small lemon plants will light up your life with its bright green, helping to refresh yourself!
